just watched princess and the frog. nice movie >< it's sorta updated kind of fairytale i think, but there's stil the happy ending and the cheesy songs and dances peppering the show. mayb tat's why i lik musical so much, cause it's littered with songs and dances thruout too!

the prince started out a useless bum, a good for nth who is soo irresponsible and broke. totally not the typical type of prince! >< the heroine tiana was definitely not your typical damsel in distress, and she had a own dream, which eventually evolved into wanting love. tsk abit of the same old fairytale, propogating to all young girls to find their princes and everything'l be alright, but the prince was reali useless in this case other then his one and correct choice to marry her. hahas.

*sighs* watching such movies gives a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. fairytales. ><
