mayb i'm not supposed to be a pharmacist. or a doctor. i'm quite sure i'm not meant to be a doctor. studying about lice and fungi infection makes my inside squirm about uncomfortable and my skin crawls. i cringe mentally when i see al the infected body parts. i feel lik rushing home to scrum myself clean. =/

doing pharmacy practice tutorial makes me realised sth else too. i do not have much faith in medicine or drugs. however safe the hsa might deem sth to be, i feel lik there is SURE to be some side effects. and the thing about OTC is that it treats symptoms only. sth like 治标不治本。the body is supposed to heal itself and and the drugs we can provide only ease the symptoms and shuts down the signals the body is providing us to tell us that there is sth wrong (think hydro cortisol). it's so not natural and so suppressive of the body. i rather believe in placebo and alternative medicine and supplements instead. and this makes me feel lik prescribing milder medicine instead of the what seem to me the more stronger and potent stuff. between counter irritants and anti-histamines for itch, i rather you take the counter irritants. only when the problem persists and worsen can u come back to me and i'l give you anti histamines. there are side effects to histamine after al!

but den again, mayb anti histamines aint stronger. they're jus another way to ease itch. but i wrongly instinctively feel that that it's sort of interfering with the body's natural ways. =/ ok i so do not noe my stuff wel. sucks. but mayb one day when technology advances to such a great level that we will realise that taking medicine is not the way to heal or treat because it's interfering with something else in the body. physiology taught me that every system in the body is intrinsically linked in a complicated manner.

i told my mum this and she says no body wil go to my pharmacy in tat case. =/ see, im not cut out to be a pharmacist. not lik my memory is terrific anw.
