nice. >< totally resonates with me. so art is a form of expression. so wat do those who have much to express, but are unable to, do? at least cristina can take great photographs and has her mentors.

the thing about art is awe-inspiring, but i still cannot forget how Crake (in the book Oryx and Crake) likens art to how the smaller bull frog uses the drain to amplifying its croak to attract a mate. in other words, implying artists are not at all useful or worth something. artists are just trying to use art to justify their existence. =/
